Doors are made with the same panel than the walls and have the
same thickness in order to be flush with the system. We can supply single doors, double doors, sliding doors and emergency doors. The doors are supplied with stainless steel hinges and can be delivered
with many options like glazing (flush with the leave), door closers, handle, push plate, kick plate and integrated interlock. As they are
part of the system you can move them very easily according to your design changes.
Corners
Internal and external corners are round and made with aluminum profiles and moldings in order to be easily cleanable.
Ceilings
Ceilings are walkable made with the same panel or with a pharmagrade panel but with exactly the same aspect. Lighting
fixtures and HEPA filters are completely integrated in the ceiling
panels with access from the top. Our ceilings are supplied with the complete stainless steel fittings to hang it to your building.
Pass-Thrus
They can be supplied your size and are made with the same material than the wall. They are equipped with two nice glass doors and have either manual or completely automatic interlock.
Windows
They have exactly the same thickness than the wall to be flush both sides of the panel. They are made with 2 glasses laminated on a
white aluminum profile and are part of the system. The standard
size is 48'' x 48'' but we can have them customized to your design.
As they are an item of the system, you can move them very easily
if your design has to change.
Exit signs
They are completely integrated in the panel above the doors and protected with a glass, flush with the system and have a 25 years battery life.
Service Chase & Low
Level Air Return
These raceways can be installed between two panels in the location you need to install electricity plugs, data or small plumbing. The size
of the service chases is 2'' x 4'' and their access is very easy.
Air Return Grids
They are stainless steel made and delivered on the field already
pre-installed on the panels and the size depends of your engineering firm.
Coving Panel
This panel is used mainly in the corridors to cover existing walls but also to realize low air return columns without junction or to cap existing buildings columns. It is 1'' thick and made with two steel or aluminum skins laminated on aluminum honeycomb or blue Styrofoam.

Wall openings and junctions are finished and sealed (silicone) to provide at least 1 separate air seal system but we can supply a double rubber seal
The walls are GMP compliant
That includes the aluminium bases and adjustable jacks to have 3'' resin coving along the wall
